Thank you for your interest in our chihuahuas. We are very happy that you choose to purchase your new puppy from us. We have a few simple rules when it comes to deposits. We ask that you review and please ask questions regarding anything you do not understand. Maple Leaf Chihuahuas requires a 25% deposit to hold a puppy for a defined time period.
Terms and Conditions:
We, Maple Leaf Chihuahuas, will hold the said puppy until the date of ___________________.
- For this service buyer will pay the amount of $______________ down and $_______________ at pickup. If the puppy is to be shipped, the final payment MUST be received no later than 4 banking days prior to the shipping date.
- If the buyer for any reason decides not to honor the purchase agreement, the deposit shall be fully refundable ONLY BEFORE your puppy has turned 5 weeks of age. Once your puppy is 5 weeks of age or older, your deposit is NO LONGER REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON!!!!! (25% non refundable any extra will be refunded).
- I understand that after 12 weeks from the date of birth of the puppy, if the contract has not been completed and the puppy picked up by the new owner (as shown on this document by signature), any money that has been received will be forfeited and the puppy will be resold if possible!
- If for any reason Maple Leaf Chihuahuas can not make the puppy available on the purchase date (example if puppy gets sick, passes, etc...), any money received from the buyer will be refunded to the buyer or the buyer can opt to have the deposit placed on another puppy.
- All deposits shall be paid in the form of a postal money order, bank certified cashiers check (as long as cashiers checks and money orders have time to clear the bank - 14 days), cash or paypal (paypal buyers add 3%)
- The remaining balance of the contract shall be paid for by cash or paypal (add 3%), no cashiers checks or postal money orders on final payment unless there is atleast 14 days prior to shipping or pickup.
- Please read and initial each numbered paragraph above. complete the below and send with depost. Please sign and initial 2 copies of this contract and i will return to you 1 copy signed by me.
